WinterWonderGrass Vermont

The inaugural WinterWonderGrass Vermont, held at the Stratton Mountain Resort! WinterWonderGrass is mostly an outdoor event with numerous heated tents housing side stages, the kids' zone, coffee, ar and beer tastings. We are part music festival, part beer festival, and 100% mountain adventure. Bump into the artists of WWG on the hill, then join us each day at 1:45 for 3 hours of daily beer tastings (2-5 pm), and music on four stages. The event ends at 10 pm, if you want to keep jamming, you can buy a ticket to the after parties around Stratton Village. Join us for three days of music featuring headlining sets by Railroad Earth, the Infamous Stringdusters, Keller Williams, Fruition, Ghost of Paul Revere, Upstate and 15+ more bands.

Christmas in New England – Newburyport, MA

The "Christmas In New England" Concert Tour will kick off its 15th season this December. The 2018 Christmas Concert Tour will include a total of five concerts in three states (NH, MA, CT). This one of a kind Christmas show features a seasonal blend of traditional, contemporary, and original Christmas music performed with acoustic instruments and vocals. The cast of performers include some of the most talented musicians, vocalists and songwriters in the New England region: Amy Gallatin, Karen Lincoln Wilber, Dave Dick, Roger Williams, Ken Taylor, Krissy Dick, Bob Dick & Rick Lang. Together they put together a unique performance guaranteed to entertain and dazzle audiences wherever they play. "Christmas In New England" is fast becoming an annual tradition all across New England. This lively upbeat concert offers a welcome relief from the Holiday rush, providing simple moments to treasure, and a chance to slow down and savor the season. Frank Solivan & Dirty Kitchen

For this season's night of Bluegrass, the Linden Tree Coffeehouse welcomes back for the third time, Frank Solivan & Dirty Kitchen.   With chops so hot, the group was named IBMA’s 2016 Instrumental Group of the Year for the second time, with a third nomination in 2017. Their critically acclaimed album Cold Spell earned a 2015 GRAMMY nomination for Best Bluegrass Album of the Year, yet the accolades don’t end there. Solivan, with banjoist Mike Munford, 2013 IBMA Banjo Player of the Year, award-winning guitarist Chris Luquette and bassist Jeremy Middleton, simmer a progressive bluegrass stew of infinite instrumental, vocal and songwriting skills soon to be featured once again on their new album If You Can't Stand the Heat slated to drop January 25th, 2019.

Bluegrass Gospel Project alums Taylor Armerding, Andy Greene, and Kirk Lord have come together to present original, time-honored, and contemporary Americana music to venues throughout New England. Showcasing compelling, intricately braided vocals, richly textured instrumental work, and solid, innovative rhythm, the three band members bring decades of performing experience to the stage. Through their many years of musical collaboration, they speak soulfully with one voice. It’s a new day, and The Revenants have arrived. We’d love to share our musical stories with you.

Say Darling

The Spire Center for the Performing Arts 25 Court Street , Plymouth, MA

Grammy-Nominated singer and songwriter Celia Woodsmith – of the acclaimed bluegrass band Della Mae – and critically lauded guitarist Chris Hersch of the alt. country rock band Girls Guns & Glory, had each independently decided to relax their rigorous schedules, both ending up back home in New England with time on their hands. These two road warriors and workaholics didn't last long before delving into a new and exciting project: Say Darling. Say Darling will get you off your chair and dancing, or keep you spellbound with evocative vocals and performances.

Americana Slow Jam

Winchester Community Music School 407 Highland Avenue, Winchester, MA

Join WCMS for an acoustic evening of Americana classics – blues, Bluegrass, and classic hits that twang! This jam session offers a great entry level experience for those who want to learn how to play with each other in a jam setting, as well as being appropriate for more accomplished or advanced players. Songs are projected onto a screen to help you follow along, and host Steve Latanision will be on hand to help with chords and scales. We'll start with 20-30 well known Americana genre tunes to choose from (including Angel from Montgomery, Old Joe Clark, Will the Circle Be Unbroken, Friend of the Devil, and Rider). You can add your own favorite song if you bring a legible lead sheet. Note that this is an all acoustic evening – bring out your guitars, banjos, mandolins, and fiddles. $10 for participants; free for audience.
