Blue Highway with Danny Paisley and The Southern Grass

Highly esteemed bluegrass band Blue Highway has earned a collective 27 IBMA Awards, 6 SPBGMA Awards, one Dove Award, plus three Grammy nominations as a band, in addition to two prestigious Grammy Awards among its current members. Blue Highway's newly released album "Original Traditional"  is nominated for a 2017 GRAMMY Award for Best Bluegrass Album.   The band was voted the Favorite Bluegrass Artist of All Time by the readers of Bluegrass Today in April 2016. Danny Paisley and The Southern Grass have emerged as leaders in the traditional bluegrass world. Their album, The Room Over Mine, earned accolades and significant chart action, and the song, “Don’t Throw Mama’s Flowers Away” won the 2009 IBMA Award for Song of the Year and have garnered several IBMA nominations for Emerging Artist of The Year, Male Vocalist of the Year, Album of the Year.
