Moonshine Alley Brings Bluegrass to Master McGrath’s in Hyde Park On Friday, April 17, Boston-area bluegrass band Moonshine Alley plays at Master McGrath’s, 1154 River St, Hyde Park, starting at 9:30 pm. Named after a secret back road used by bootleggers during Prohibition, Moonshine Alley provides traditional bluegrass, with its fast pace, close harmony and high lonesome sound, with occasional detours into classic country, folk, and blues. Master McGrath's is a family-owned pub and has been a neighborhood fixture in Hyde Park for over 50 years.
