Joe Val Parking Raffle
NEW THIS YEAR: You can win a free hotel room and weekend passes to next year’s festival by entering the Joe Val Parking Raffle!
Can you get through the whole festival without moving your car? If so, you can enter the Joe Val Parking Raffle to win a free hotel room and weekend passes to next year’s festival, while also helping people who need to come and go, such as those staying at the Overflow Hotels.
During Joe Val, we are allowed to park throughout the entire set of parking lots connected to the Sheraton, almost as far as Wendy’s but without crossing California Ave. as shown in light-grey on this map:
To enter the Joe Val Parking Raffle please:
(1) After you drop what you need to at the hotel, park as close to Wendy’s as you can without leaving the connected parking lots (that is, park as far from the hotel as possible without crossing California Ave., see map above)
(2) Take two photos of your car: one that clearly shows your license plate number and the other that shows where you are parked (please be sure to include some buildings in the background)
(3) Email your photos to [email protected] by Sunday, March 1st, and be sure to include your full name, home address, and license plate number
In early March, we will draw the winners of the four separate prizes:
Three (3) First Prizes: One Weekend Pass for 2021 (transferable if you cannot attend)
One (1) Grand Prize: A room at the Sheraton for Friday & Saturday nights for 2021 (transferable if you cannot attend)
And don’t forget the fine print:
— you must be parked as close to Wendy’s as you can to be eligible to win
— Staff, Volunteers, Band Members, etc. are encouraged to enter (all prizes are transferable)
— only one entry per license plate

Sheraton Shuttle
The Sheraton’s Shuttle will be driving around the parking lot picking up people who need rides. The Sheraton Shuttle is also responsible for other trips (see below), so it won’t always be around. But they will be checking the parking lot roughly as follows:
Friday, February 14th from 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Saturday, February 15th from 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Sunday, February 16th from 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Monday, February 17th from 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM
The Sheraton Shuttle is also available to go to/from the train station and to/from other hotels. If you’d like a ride on the Sheraton Shuttle, all you have to do is ask the front desk (by phone or in-person). There is no charge for this service, and you don’t have to be staying at the Sheraton to take advantage of it.

Sheraton Location
The Sheraton Framingham is located at 1657 Worcester Rd. in Framingham, MA 01701, and is only 20 minutes west of downtown Boston. The hotel is conveniently located near several airports and is accessible from the MBTA Framingham Commuter Rail. The Sheraton can arrange for a shuttle pickup from train station with a two-hour notice by calling 508-879-7200.
